😂🎉 HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY, JOHN! 🎉😂

John officially hit the big 6-0, which means he’s now old enough to know better… but we’re pretty sure he’s going to do it anyway. 😂

His recipe for longevity appears to be motorcycles, fishing, golfing, sinkers, Coke Zero, taffy, black licorice, and Dorito tacos, So basically everything your doctor recommends. 🏍️🎣⛳️🌮🥤

At 60, the golf balls might not fly as far, getting off the motorcycle might make a few more noises, and “going fishing” might include a nap… but the man is still going strong. 😂

Help us wish John a HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY! Here’s to another 60 years of questionable snacks, good stories, and refusing to act your age. 🍻

🌊 Just leak testing the ductwork with water. Very thorough.

In case you were wondering: no, your attic is not supposed to have a river running through it. 😂

When enough water gets into an attic, it can find some surprisingly creative ways to travel... Including along ductwork, through insulation, and eventually into the ceilings and rooms below.

And while this may look like an extremely aggressive HVAC leak test, it’s actually a good example of why water damage needs to be addressed quickly. The water you see is only part of the problem. Moisture can make its way into insulation, drywall, framing, and other materials long before everything looks dry again.

So if you hear running water upstairs and you don’t have a second-floor bathroom…

You may want to investigate. 😅
