Countertops are in and things are moving along nicely!

Phase 1 of 2 is almost in the books—just a few finishing touches, some touch-ups, and final painting to go.

Next up: deconstruction of the existing kitchen, dining room, and living room starts Monday morning!

Honoring the heroes who gave everything.

This 1800s farmhouse required careful structural reinforcement to improve long-term stability.

We installed a support beam (from ) through the floor joists to strengthen the framing and help correct movement that was affecting the home’s alignment.

Part of movement correcting allowed doors that were no longer closing properly to close properly again , a common issue in older homes when settling and framing changes occur over time.

Projects like this are a reminder that historic homes require more than maintenance — they require thoughtful, experienced care.

Preserving their character while addressing structural needs takes precision, patience, and respect for the craftsmanship that has carried them through the decades.

A much needed bath remodel wrapped up. Relocated linen closet into bath and added a pocket door. Maximized every square inch and added a nice touch with an arch niche in the shower. Project turned out great.
