New edition of the PA Uniform Construction Code (UCC) will take effect on February 14, 2022. The six-month grace period (quoted below from the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act/PCCA) applies as long as contracts are signed prior to February 14th and permits are applied for within six months of February 14, 2022.

Fairground, on Friday, February 12th and will be open for business in our new location on Monday, February 15th.
