I missed some on these. We have a few more finishing touches and we will be done here. Concrete should be done soon. We have been running HVAC calls recently. With the cold coming make sure your heating unit is ready. Preventative maintenance starting at $85 per unit. Any repairs done during the maintenance call are discounted.

Week 15! We should be painting the outside next week. Hopefully by Friday of next week the landscaping should be finished also. We are getting close to finishing this one!

Week 14 update. It rained all week so we didn't get a lot done. Started the flooring. We did some work on other jobs this week with the rain. Hopefully next week is more productive.

Are your coils clean on your condenser unit? Dirty coils can make your unit struggle while running. We inspect the coils on all our preventive maintenance(PM) checks.

PM are $70 per unit.
