Hi everyone... I got a notice that this page is growing.... surprisingly since I haven't posted to it in a couple of years. If you like California Motherlode Mining history, then I'd recommend you subscribe to my other pages: Gold Rush Mining Claims, N CA Mining History, and I volunteer post on the Sierra County Historical Society. At some point in the near future we will close this page, so if you want good historical mining info go to those pages. Thanks!!

Not much activity on this page. WMA no longer exists as an entity and life moves on. If you are interested in California Gold Mining History, I've created a page called N Ca Mining History, where you can join and participate with any old mining photos and information. In the near future, I will delete this page. I have also created a website & page called Gold Rush Mining Claim Services where I offer claim finding help, mapping and assorted services utilizing a lot of the info I gleaned while being involved with WMA.
