Allow me to introduce Code Pack's newest member, Jacob Duffy.
Jake will be adding his talents to our sales efforts. His task is to represent Code Pack to companies that may need our services, experience or solutions at some point in time.
We've known Jake since he was in high school, so many years ago, and have watched him grow with his experience in the Air Force and travel around the world.

I'm asked often, why did you start a company rather than work for a company?
the answer was best given over the radio a few weeks ago, "Freedom". its as simple as that.
Rarely has anyone started a business for any other reason other than "to attain freedom".
I surmise, that it is, "the freedom to choose whom to work for or with, the freedom to care for them as you choose mutually best, the freedom to charge what you feel is compensatory to your service, and the freedom to take and accept your losses in your attempts to do so, as they may arise"
My wish with Code Pack is that every client we serve feels we served them well.
if so, they'll be back.
If not, they won't.

Used Inventory.
As your company survives and ages, you accumulate parts and equipment that "didn't make the cut" or any number of other reasons.

Oct 18, 2023 another Final Acceptance Test successfully performed. Another client confirming their reason for choosing Code Pack over all of the larger, national brands. Why? Because Keith, Dave, Jason, Craig, Sam, Amy and Caleb make it happen. Commitment to professionalism, quality craftsmanship and get it done attitude.
55 products per minute, weighed, calculated price per pound and labeled, scanned and verified.
Very proud of this team.
Here we are, out in the woods, on the river, and creating packaging solutions that major companies want.
Its very assuring to have co-workers that do their part and work together so well. all we have to do is focus on the job at hand.

Very thankful to have a 90% complete shop. went from built to near full, fast, and not even moved in yet.
Thankful to have challenging jobs, loyal vendors and clients and nothing, nothing can be done without Amy Buys, Keith Anderson, Dave Nordrum, Craig Blonigen, Jason Zak and Brianna.

Nothing makes me prouder of Code Pack than hearing from clients when asked "why Code Pack" and not those big guys?
Inevitably, the answer is, "your willingness to work with us and not just tell us how it's going to be. The big companies have lost their ability to be flexible".
