An entire section of gutter that worked its way loose and became bent. Gutter was straightened out and new hangers were installed.

Single piece of siding dislodged from the building and replaced with a brand new piece of the same color and style.

Some carpentry work to replicate and replace all of the trim that was rotted out. Same with the bottoms of the sheds, T-111 that rotted out over time and replaced with PT plywood to close the gap, resist ground water, and allows the siding to be ran from ground level instead of having voids or loose siding. J-channel will be installed around the existing trim. Will post pics when finished...

Small roof (minus the faceplate, adding later) build to avoid unwanted water from getting into the shed, as well as the ramps from getting wet. Tucked under the existing metal roof, braced and sealed with a double layer of term caulk... Another service that's available for those who need any roofing work done. Please email or text.

Made some repairs to the soffit and gutters, as well as some fascia on a gable end.

Updated to date, progress of the job. Had a few setbacks and a change order, now we're back on track. Reinforce the platforms with some metal yet, and pour the new frost footings w/ the new 4x4's embedded, solid and locked together.

New set of back steps with a new concrete slab underneath of it.. They were happy with the work and decided to add the rest of the platform, 4x4 supports and new handrails. Also a new sidewalk and shed in the near future. I'm grateful that this one went better than the last one which ended up being an issue of time. Here, is the progress made so far:

Starting a job down in Bethel this week, 2 bathroom renovations, one master one common. Updating all the fixtures to new, plus a floating floor installed in both. Permission granted to post pics. First time the flatbed will get to be used for a job related service. Brand new LEDs all the way around, updated to DOT standards.

After that... Tower City bound to R&R a second story set of steps that provide access from the 1st floor deck to a 2nd floor balcony, directly above. Homeowner expressed concern, regarding the condition of the existing steps. I followed with a request to conduct a personal evaluation of the structure of topic and it's entirety, in case any other area contains damage, deemed unsafe, requiring immediate attention. That, is an example of a general question that only contractors, who have actual experience in dealing with older home residential framing, will ask you. You'll learn more, in regards to authenticity, listening to what your contractor asks you, compared to listening and trying to discern the answers your contractor gives you to the questions you are asking. Not saying don't listen to their answers, by all means, the content contained within their answers will serve as verification if your familiar with the materials available as well as the process of removals or installations. Only saying to also listen to the what and the whys of the questions they are asking you.

Looking at the collection of photographs contained within this page, after browsing through, you should notice that the majority of the work performed within this collection pertain not only to both new and older home residential, also to the work performed depicted in most images are of either the Carpentry or Framing nature, in most cases both, one being synonymous to the other.
