Customers deck after 18 or so years needed a replacement. This shows perfectly why using the correct fasteners on treated lumber are so important! One step from a full collapse as all but 2 joists had fasteners rusted off.

From tin ceilings and tarnished copper hardware, to the ceramic tile floors and backsplash. The rich butcher block counter tops create the perfect work space to go with the Grey cabinetry and huge farmhouse sink. To complete the package we replumbed the old copper lines with Uponor pex, put in new electric,and painted with Sherwin Williams Promar paints. Cathy Rohs Bates and her daughter Dawn now have a kitchen of thier dreams.

55 years in the Making. This dated plywood kitchen had served its Owners well. Like most projects it held many hidden issues to be resolved. Eroded copper pipes, a hidden sistern, incredible amounts of floor settling (6 in in 2.5 feet),electric snaffos and even newspaper insulation dating back many years.
