The Migues Deloach Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Generate financial reports and analyses as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
or
Proven experience working in accounts payable or finance role.
Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary:

$17-$19 DOE
Major Medical & Life insurance paid
