Due to the current Level 3 snow emergency, PCM will not require attendance until it is lifted. Please remember that when the Level 3 is lifted, attendance is required, even if it in the middle of your shift. Please be careful!!

Effective 8/31/2020 Pioneer Custom Molding will have a new hourly wage increase:

1st shift up to $12.00/hr.
2nd shift up to $12.35/hr.
3rd shift up to $12.25/hr.

Insurance is available after 90 days!

1 box of pump assemblies=1 hour of pay
6 boxes of brackets=1 hour of pay.

Pioneer Custom Molding will stay open and continue to operate during the “Stay Home Order” that Governor DeWine has declared. Pioneer Custom Molding has 2 customers that are deemed essential, health and safety and transportation.

With this being said, there are a couple restrictions with this order that need to be followed:

Wash your hands with soap and water.
There needs to be 6 feet separation between employee’s (work stations, break room & etc.).
If you are running a fever, stay home.
