K Buildings offer multiple foundation options depending on what makes the most sense for you project.

A continuous poured foundation wall uses more concrete than our standard pier system, but provides the useful benefit of adding height at the base of the building without raising the building's eave height directly.

The steel frame is then bolted directly to the concrete.
