Meet Juan Alfaro, whose CX superpower is keeping a clear head when things get complicated. He loves a good challenge, digging into the details, asking questions, and figuring out how to make things better for our customers.

But outside of Agilex? Juan is anything but low-key! 🐶🏀💃

We're talking FOUR dogs, two birds, a turtle, multiple sports leagues, a love of travel (despite being terrified of flying!), and some serious moves on the dance floor.

Some days just remind you how incredible your team really is. ❤️

Yesterday was one of those days at Agilex.

Our Commercial and Operations teams came together to celebrate wins, share perspectives and imagine what's possible next.

We talked about our customers, explored opportunities, worked through pain points and celebrated the performance and the people behind our success.

And the energy in that room? Absolutely incredible.

There was openness. Curiosity. Laughter. And a genuine excitement about what we accomplish together.

Sometimes a mistake becomes your signature.

For Senior Perfumer Donna Ramanauskas, an accidental overdose of a dry amber note sparked a love for amber that would become an identifying thread in her work.

Her journey into perfumery started much earlier - growing up surrounded by the blotters, bottles and daily creations of her perfumer father. But becoming a perfumer herself meant finding her own creative voice, trusting her instincts and discovering what felt authentically hers.

13,000 pounds of eggplant. 🍆💪 Now THAT is a productive morning.

This week, members of our Agilex Fragrances and dsm-firmenich teams traded their desks (and blotters!) for the fields, volunteering with America’s America's Grow-a-Row to harvest fresh produce for families facing food insecurity across our region.

Alongside volunteers from other local companies, the team harvested more than 13,000 pounds of eggplant! That’s enough for an estimated 53,000 servings of fresh food headed to local food pantries and hunger relief programs.

A morning well spent, an incredible organization to support, and another reminder of what can happen when people roll up their sleeves and work together. 💚

Trend research, but make it a field trip. 🗽👃

Last week, our noses headed to NYC! Our creative teams hit the streets for a Trend Trek! We explored fragrance, beauty, food, retail, design and everything in between.

Because market intelligence isn’t only found in a report. It’s in the details. The products people pick up. The spaces pulling them in. The scents, flavors, colors, textures and ideas showing up in unexpected places.

We came back with plenty to talk about and plenty to smell!

Her CX superpower? Combining a data-driven mindset with a customer-first approach to spot opportunities, solve problems and help create a seamless experience from order to delivery.
