Check out some of our latest repair work on this scrap metal compactor. CKS Welding was able to save the client money and time by cutting out the worn 5/16 floor plate and replacing it with a 3/8 AR 450 ware plate. We also repaired the worn pusher block and put hard facing wire on worn hinges to prevent further ware.

Excavator broken?

We recently helped our client save on new equipment when their stick cracked in half. We repaired the structural crack, added stiffener plate and a custom fab stiff arm bracket to prolong the life of the machine from wear and tear.

We replaced the top edge, top plate and did hole repair on a Digging/Trench Box for a local rental company to help them cut down costs by avoiding the need to buy new plates and shields.
