Full tear off, 2-3 layers, all new sheathing, and we used all Owen’s corner products with duration shingles.
There was ALOT of rot, carpenter ants, fascia falling off, but we got it all buttoned up. New step flashing and skylight kit.
We also installed the proper roll roofing on the porch roof where it’s flat. It was shingled and of course leaked as you can see in the picture!

We are now doing the siding on this house.
I’ll post before and after since it’s completed.

Power washed, prepped and painted. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams duration.
We cut out and replaced all the rotted t1-11 and trim boards.
We also gave the deck a facelift & replaced the 2x4’s & lattice.
My first hideout job is in the books! Many more to come!
