Three (3) years ago this month, we started TRE Constructionwith a vision, a lot of determination, and the willingness to take risks most people never see behind the scenes. What began as a startup built from the ground up has grown into a trusted commercial construction partner serving clients across the region.
Building a commercial construction company from scratch has come with long hours, difficult decisions, constant problem solving, and the pressure that comes with managing growth, people, projects, and performance all at once. There were plenty of challenges along the way — navigating cash flow, building the right team, earning trust in a highly competitive industry, and continuously proving ourselves project after project.
But through hard work, strong relationships, and an incredible team, we’ve continued to push forward.
Over the past three (3) years, TRE Construction has doubled in growth year after year, and while we’re proud of that progress, we know sustainable growth is about more than just numbers. Our focus continues to be strategic growth — building the right systems, strengthening our team, refining our operations, and continuing to elevate the level of service we provide to our clients and partners.
As we enter year four, we are continuing to fine tune and expand our commercial service offerings while growing into a valued and trusted trade partner known for quality, communication, reliability, and ex*****on. We are excited about where we’re headed and grateful for every client, contractor, supplier, and team member who has helped us get here.
The foundation has been built.
Now it’s time to keep raising the standard.
