The build gets finished. Then somebody has to make it actually look finished. 🧹
This is a post-construction hallway on a Rycon Construction job, before and after. Wire spool cart in the walkway, lumber and rags on the slab, office chairs parked mid-hall, and a layer of drywall dust over the whole floor. By the time our crew wrapped, the debris was gone, the walls and fixtures were wiped down, and the floor was swept and detailed clean for the walkthrough.
Post-construction cleanup is one of the last things on a schedule and one of the first things a client notices. That is why we handle it as its own scope instead of squeezing it into the end of a punch list.
