Had another great opportunity to work alongside Helbling Contracting for this basement install. Basement had three existing ducts but they only worked with a drop ceiling. Chad had me add two new runs to evenly distribute air for the basement and change the existing three runs to make them more suitable for the finished basement. Stay tuned for the finished product!

Happy New Year Everyone! Recently got a nice start to the new year with this fun install. Client wanted a heat only furnace for a single car garage. I had to install a brand new gas line along with new, custom made ductwork for the supply and return plenums. Another happy client done for the start of the winter! Hello again everyone! Just a few weeks ago I was called by a local bar and grille, The Bears Inn. They’re a small restaurant right off the exit of Rt. 28 north on Hite Rd in Harwick, PA best known for their delicious wings. The original call was a walk in cooler was up to 50°F and they told me about a pretty good sized leak. After assessing the equipment I did agree there was a leak and we’re in the process of replacing some of the equipment to fix the issue. Along side that, the previous technician had used an improper refrigerant which also caused some problems outside of the leak. I went ahead and told the owners of my diagnostic and gave them a rundown of how to fix this the best it can be until we are able to get the equipment updated. I went ahead and removed the wrong gas the system had in it followed by putting nitrogen in the system to collect the remaining trace gases. After I pulled a vacuum on the entire system so I could then throw the right refrigerant in the system and get them back up and running for now. Overall very happy customers and a job well done. Hey everyone, it’s that time of year again… a/c tune ups and swimming pool equipment (filters and heaters) start ups. A/c tune up costs can vary because of the filter that is required but is well worth it to contact us to make sure your system is working properly and efficiently to keep your house cool all summer long. Pool equipment start ups can vary as well depending on filter type and if any parts are in need of a fresh cleaning or replacement. Hello everyone! I’m Ryan Koprivnikar and I am currently attending CCAC for my associates degree in hvac. I have completed training from A.W. beattie career center for hvac. During that time I received my universal EPA 608 license in refrigeration along with my OSHA 10 certification. I have been doing hvac and other mechanical work for 6 years now. I have experience in residential and commercial projects such as water heaters, central heating and air conditioning systems as well swimming pool heating systems. I have gained a lot of hands on experience over those last 6 years and have decided to start my own business.
