Removed and replaced the faulty fan clutch with a new unit, tested operation, and verified proper cooling system performance. Truck is back in service and ready for the morning.

Performed a complete cooling system flush, installed a new thermostat, and refilled with fresh coolant. Back up and running at the proper operating temperature. Out-of-state customer called with a coolant leak on their truck. After inspection, we found the radiator leaking at the seam. We quickly sourced a new radiator, removed the old one, installed the new unit, topped off fluids, and got them back on the road with minimal downtime.

Customer called us out for drivability issues and lack of power on their truck. After diagnosing, we found low boost codes stored in the system. We inspected the boost piping for leaks or blown boots and then checked the manifold pressure sensor, which was completely plugged with soot. Replaced the sensor, cleared the codes, and got the truck back up and running properly again.

Customer called about a liftgate not working and needed it fixed ASAP. We responded quickly and found loose fittings along with blown O-rings in the system. After repairing the fittings and replacing the O-rings, we bled the air out of the system and tested operation.

Liftgate is now working properly and back in service.
