ASCE Pittsburgh Section ASCE Pittsburgh is one of four Pennsylvania Sections, representing nearly 5,200 engineers statewide.

The Pittsburgh Section of ASCE has nearly 1700 members in 28 counties around Pittsburgh and represents engineering and construction interests for communities throughout western Pennsylvania. Founded in 1852, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) represents more than 139,000 civil engineers worldwide and is America’s oldest national engineering society. Our mission is to provide essential value to our members, their careers, our partners, and the public by:
