Position - Lawn Care Specialist

Employment Type - Full Time

Hourly Rate - $19.00 to $21.00 / Hour depending on experience.

Benefits – Available after probationary period

Michael Facchiano Contracting is hiring a hardworking lawn care specialist to help manage outdoor spaces for residential and commercial units.
Our typical lawn service maintenance includes grass and hedge trimming, w**d control, and occasional planting.

Job Responsibilities:
Use a lawn mower, sod cutters, and other tools to trim grass and edge lawn areas.
Apply seed, fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns.
Maintain and water plants, flower beds, and underlying soil.
Operate blower and gather leaves, hedge trimmings, and debris for removal.
Use pruners and trimmers to remove shrub and tree overgrowth.
Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass as needed.
Drive work trucks to/from job locations.
Load and unload lawn care tools into/from work trucks.
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, paths, and driveways in winter.

We are seeking Tri Axle CDL Dump Truck Drivers, Flat Bed, Single Axle Dump and Water Truck Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating trucks with a capacity of up to 73,280 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a heavy / highway Tri Axle Dump Truck
• Hauling Asphalt, excavated material and aggregates
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to Supervisor
• Inspect truck before and after each trip
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in safely operating tri axle dump trucks
• Commercial driver's license / medical card required
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
