We’re excited to share a look at the progress underway at our new 40,000-square-foot Jennmar facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This new location will expand Jennmar's ability to support customers across Western Canada, with plans to manufacture a full range of ground support products, including plates, threaded rebar, forged head rebar, mechanical rock bolts, cable bolts, all-thread bar, and accessories, along with resin storage.

Equipment is already moving into the facility, with first production expected in the fourth quarter.

More than expanding our footprint, this investment strengthens our ability to serve customers closer to where they operate while creating new jobs and supporting the Saskatoon community.

This tunnel is part of the infrastructure that will help support the future of Monterrey, Mexico—a metropolitan area of more than 5 million residents. As the city continues to grow, strategic underground construction plays a vital role in reducing congestion, improving mobility, and keeping traffic moving while minimizing impacts at the surface.

Today marks an exciting new chapter for Jennmar.

We are pleased to announce the completion of a majority equity investment by KPS Capital Partners, LP, with FalconPoint Partners retaining a significant minority ownership position in the company.

As part of this transition, Tony Calandra has announced that David Webster will succeed him as Chief Executive Officer. Tony's family has guided Jennmar since its founding in 1922, and under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth and expansion.

We thank Tony for his leadership and unwavering commitment to our employees, customers, and partners, and we welcome Dave as he leads Jennmar into its next phase of growth and innovation.
