Most students choose a major before they’ve seen what the work actually looks like day to day.

Our Paid Summer 2026 Internship Program gives students the opportunity to step into the environment they’re studying.

Interns spend the summer on active construction projects, working with transportation teams, assisting in fleet and maintenance operations, contributing to land clearing crews, or gaining experience in departments like finance, HR, and business operations. The settings vary, but the expectation is consistent: you’re part of the team and involved in real work.

Proud moment for Vermont’s construction community! The Associated General Contractors of Vermont- AGCVT received the Howard Mock Award from Associated General Contractors of America, their second win in three years.

This national recognition highlights the innovation and collaboration happening here in Vermont. We’re proud to be part of a community that proves the power of working together. Our Co-President John Casella II, who currently serves as AGC/VT Board President, was honored to help represent Vermont’s builders at the ceremony in Washington DC.
