Patterson Pools proudly celebrates 80 years in business🎉🏊

Since 1946, we've had the privilege of building commercial aquatic facilities that bring people together and serve communities for generations.

This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of our employees, the trust of our clients, the support of our partners, and the many communities we've had the honor to serve.

Thank you for being part of our journey!

Throughout September, we'll be sharing the story of Patterson Pools—from where it all began to where we're today and where we're headed next. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate 80 years of building excellence.

Project Spotlight: Atrium Family YMCA in Middletown, OH 📍

Construction began in 2025, followed by startup this spring, we’re proud to have been part of bringing this outdoor facility to life. We hope the community has enjoyed it all summer long!

Another completed project!

The Guild in Columbus, OH.

The Guild Mixed-Use Development is complete, marking the culmination of months of collaboration, planning, and hard work from everyone involved.

A small ribbon cutting recently celebrated the project's completion, but the real milestone is what was built together. Successful mixed-use developments depend on strong partnerships between owners, design teams, trade partners, municipalities, and countless others working toward a shared goal.

Thank you to Marker Development, Moody Nolan, Architectural Alliance, Korda/Nemeth Engineering, Advanced Engineering Consultants, Flat Black and every project partner who trusted us throughout the process. We're proud to have helped bring this vision to life and look forward to seeing The Guild serve the community for years to come.
