Recent slider job that turned into fixing rotted joist and footings, as well as opening up the wall to make sure there was enough insulation in there, which there wasnt. But now everything is new, sealed up, and airtight. Little ledger board installed and flashed for a future small deck to be installed out in southampton, ma. Board and batton siding had to rip all those strips to cover joints onsite.

Recent punch list job completed in Greenfield, ma. 3 deck redos to composite, 2 of them shrunk down to about half the size. Replace 3 exterior doors in a breezeway, replace a slider, and replace 2 sheets of rotted plywood in the breezeway. Nice to have work not too far from my home, and things go relatively smoothly given its winter. All work completed by one guy as well.

Siding job I got done down in CT before that bonus room job I got done. The original was aluminum siding which sucked slightly ripping off. Everything was replaced with white vinyl and black aluminum stock for the trim work. Took a bit longer than I would have liked given the weather(rain & wind) and the terrain of the property, had to pull my pops and brother onto the job to help get me back on track.

But got it done just before the holidays except for the carpet as I dont do that, but everything else got done by myself with some family assistance and electrical/minisplit done from a friend, Jack Davis

Just a little custom built-in job done in Pittsfield in an attic office. Pine shiplap for the closet wall. 4' of shoe shelves, 14'6 of shelving along the long wall with another 7' of a storage chest all staind wood two 1.5" shelves with clothes rods on shiplap wall. Maybe some cabinet doors down the rounds.

Recent deck done in Westfield. Was a fun project to bang out, happy customer, neighbors loving it and more to come from it. Also picked up other little jobs from it, good to pay attention to details and earn more work. Right side of the deck is framed 1' o.c. with 2 support beams to hold a hot tub down the road. All pressure treated material. More than doubled the size of the rotting original deck

Along with doing a closet in that condo, swapped out all the doors. Made a double bifold a mirrored bypass, all standard doors just upgraded to decorative doors and the other bifold door in hall a double door pressure latch with dummy handles. All freshly painted to match old colors.

Added a closet in a condo recently amongst other things had to move an outlet and wall, put beam up frame closet install kits and make a custom shelving unit. Out in Pittsfield, ma doing everything from start to finish. Painted the shelves wall color so they blended more as the customer wanted.

A lounge deck and pool deck combo i gave a hand to my pops on before the marthas vineyard job. In Holyoke, MA the ground really sucks, lots of rock smashing and many hours of digging on the footings but atleast now it's sturdy and not framed out of 2x6 also not sitting right on the pool any more. Trex decking and azek with lattice for underneath.

Some work done out in marthas vineyard. First time out there was a good time and got a lot done in just a week. Replaced 7 sliders, 3 windows, whole sofit and fascia in three sections and replaced siding with azek up on the wall on the roof. Also removed 2 heavy chimney stacks and patched roof. May be back out there depending on timing to do trim work inside.
