Let’s talk about the not-so-fun side of running a business.
At Scrub Hub, we show up, we do the work, and we deliver the level of clean our clients expect every single time. In return, we expect our policies to be respected as such.
Our 24-hour payment policy is not new. It has always been in place and will be enforced moving forward.
Due to issues over the last month, this is a reminder that payment must be submitted within 24 hours of completed services. Failure to do so may result in late fees and/or suspension of future bookings.
We value our clients and the relationships we’ve built—but we also value our time, our work, and our business.
