And you know the saying...when life gives you lemons, you setup an adorable stand in the yard and serve lemonade to your coworkers, neighbors and friends. What do you get when you bring together 55 employees, 2 manufacturing teams, and 1 search for an excuse to party outside? A pretty great Christmas in July! 🎄☀️

The Westminster Tool and Winthrop Tackle teams came together for our annual summer cookout filled with a spin. We celebrated a lot of wins so far this year with great food, fun games, tropical holiday spirit, and a chance to connect and learn from one another.

Who says you have to wait until December to celebrate?

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo today with a full employee-cooked spread—featuring (alcohol-free) margaritas, homemade barbacoa, carnitas, and al pastor 🌮🌮🌮

Great food and a great reminder of how much we enjoy sharing traditions and time together. Thanks particularly to Mj Belmonte for his excellent cooking skills!
