Our thoughts are with all of the communities impacted by yesterday’s devastating flash flooding. We know many of our neighbors, local businesses, families, and organizations are facing significant loss and a difficult road ahead.
We love seeing communities already stepping up to support one another. The Pendleton Chamber of Commerce is reaching out to businesses throughout Pendleton and South Madison County to identify those who have been impacted, connect them with resources, and help amplify their needs.
Additionally, if you are in the Pendleton area and need assistance or want to lend a hand, please visit the South Madison Community Foundation page.
To all of the communities that were impacted by yesterday’s flooding. We are thinking of you as you begin to assess the damage, recover, and rebuild. ❤️
💚 PENDLETON & SOUTH MADISON COUNTY BUSINESSES — WE’RE HERE FOR YOU.
In the wake of the recent flooding, we know some of our local businesses may be facing damage, closures, lost inventory, interrupted operations, or other unexpected challenges.
The Pendleton Chamber of Commerce wants to help.
If your business has been impacted by the flooding, please reach out to us — whether you are a Chamber member or not. This is about our entire business community.
We are working to compile a list of affected businesses so we can better understand the needs throughout our area, share available resources, make connections, and help amplify specific needs as our community begins to recover.
📩 Affected businesses can contact Amber Estes with the Pendleton Chamber with information about how your business has been impacted and what assistance or resources you may need.
And to our community: please continue supporting our local businesses in the days and weeks ahead. A purchase, a share, a recommendation, or simply checking in can make a meaningful difference.
When our community faces something difficult, we show up for one another. 🤍
Please SHARE this post so we can reach as many affected businesses as possible.
