A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by the Stork booth. Whether you came to try mouthpieces, ask questions, share your experiences, talk about the recent videos, pick up a luggage tag, or simply say hello, we truly enjoyed every conversation.

This year's conference was especially meaningful. We had the chance to meet longtime customers in person, welcome many new players, reconnect with old friends, and hear from so many people who have followed our work over the years.

After more than 40 years of making mouthpieces, it's still a privilege to help players find equipment that lets them perform at their best.

We're grateful for the warm reception, the new friendships, the industry connections, and all the wonderful music we heard throughout the week.

Thank you for your support and for making ITG 2026 such a memorable experience.

Today would have been the birthday of my teacher, mentor, and dear friend William Vacchiano.

To the musical world, he was principal trumpet of the New York Philharmonic for 38 years and one of the great teachers of his generation.

To us, he was also family.

These photos have always meant a great deal to me.

We’re honored that scholarships in his name will be presented at this year’s International Trumpet Guild Conference.

Always in our hearts.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the player.

It’s the mismatch between the player and the equipment.

When a setup demands more than the body can comfortably sustain, compensation begins:
tightening, pinching, forcing, managing.

But when the resistance and airflow relationship align correctly, something changes.

The system starts working with the player instead of against them.

Flow State Begins Here.

Where release meets response.

Not everything in brass playing is about effort. Sometimes the breakthrough comes when resistance, airflow, and resonance finally begin working together.

New video just dropped.

This video explores:
• bore size
• airflow
• resistance
• pressure compensation
• efficiency

—and why players are often shocked when a setup that appears “smaller” suddenly feels MORE open.

The response so far has been very encouraging. Thank you to everyone who has watched, commented and shared the video already.
