The old driveway was getting pretty rough, and they came in and absolutely transformed it. The attention to detail, communication, and finished product were top-notch.

A lot has changed in the HVAC industry over the last three decades.

It's been a little quiet on our page lately, and for good reason.

We've been focused on serving a lot of families over the last few weeks, and we're incredibly grateful for it.

This week was a record week for homes serviced at Polley's Perfect Seasons. That's only possible because so many customers continue to trust us with their comfort and recommend us to their friends and family.

One thing that gets overlooked with ductless systems is how the finished install actually looks on the home.

A great system should perform well AND look intentional when it’s finished.

This Daikin Aurora low-temperature setup gave this home efficient heating and cooling year-round, while still keeping the exterior clean and uncluttered.

Some homes just aren’t built for traditional ductwork.

This 1940s home had a tiny, unserviceable attic and ductwork that was completely rotted out. Instead of forcing another conventional system into a bad situation, we designed a ductless solution that fit the home better.

We were even able to reuse the existing electrical from the old system to keep the install clean and efficient.

Now the homeowners have:
✔️ High-efficiency heating and cooling
✔️ No duct loss
✔️ Quiet operation
✔️ Better comfort room to room
✔️ A clean install that fits the character of the home

Most people never see this part of a boiler system… but it matters more than you’d think.

Before a hydronic system is fully put into service, we flush the system to remove oils, debris, and contaminants left behind during installation. That cloudy water in the flush cart is exactly why this step matters.

Cleaner water helps protect pumps, valves, and high-efficiency components while improving long-term reliability.

The finished piping looks clean on the outside.
The goal is making sure it’s clean on the inside too.

Funny thing about a “hot water heater”… if the water is already hot, why are we heating it again? 😂

One small detail from today’s water heater install that often gets overlooked: properly setting the expansion tank pressure.

That little tank helps absorb pressure changes as water heats and expands. When it’s set correctly, it helps protect the water heater, plumbing system, valves, and fixtures over time.

Not the flashy part of the job… but details like this matter.

They thought the addition meant they needed another system.

After evaluating the home, we found the existing equipment was already slightly oversized — adding another unit would have made comfort and humidity control worse.

Instead, we zoned the home so the addition and original living space can be controlled independently. Better comfort, more even temperatures, and a solution that made sense without overspending.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t adding more equipment. It’s designing the system around how the home is actually used.
