CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Our Crews consist of 3 important positions:
o #1: Foreman
o #2: Righthand
o #3: Roller
• The Crew Member is a position that is trained in a variety of skills and plays a key role in delivering our BRAND STANDARDS to each customer. Each Crew Member must be able to do ALL of the following:
o Maintain a Positive Attitude
 Excellence starts with a “can do” positive attitude.
o Work with Speed
 When we get a job, we jump on it right away.
o Maintain Equipment
 Our equipment must be maintained and be ready to go at a moment’s notice. Being organized is a key part of this.
o Keep a Professional Appearance
 Our crews must show up to each job in a clean uniform with clean trucks and trailers. These are the #1 representation of our brand and must always be clean and well maintained.
o Be an Effective Communicator
 Efficiently communicating with our office staff, our other crew members and our customers is critical to getting the job done quickly and professionally.

• Answer phones
• Take messages
• Handle taking information in order to quote jobs
• Handle data entry
• Count parking lots
• Write Estimates
• Email estimates
• Take information about scheduling jobs
• Handle walk in customers
• Sort receipts and input data
• Process mail and payments
• Ensure all information makes it to Operations Manager
• Help with any office work that may be needed
• Build relationship with Ace Team and become family
• Help with website, social media and google reviews
• Upload pictures to website
• Assist in projects that come up

Work includes: Answering phones, watching emails, general office work, working on websites and Facebook, calling customers, coordinating schedules and answering questions.
We are wanting to add another person to our team. This is a part time opportunity. Will be ending at the end of October.
