FD&S is looking for the right candidate to perform multi-faceted project management duties including but not limited to: estimating, project schedules, permits, invoicing, job-cost tracking, change orders & processing, site & safety meetings, and coordination with job foreman & management.

Applicant must be computer savvy with a solid and general knowledge of plan reading. Other preferable skills include CAD and/or Carlson Software, time management, organizational skills, accountability, & ability to work well with others.

Please be advised: OSHA-10 certification and a standard drivers’ license is required. This position averages ~45/wk.

GPS experience and plan reading skills are preferred. Positive attitude together with a willingness to learn and train will be considered. Applicant must be computer savvy with a general knowledge of site & utility work, and individual must be skilled with basic survey & layout.

FD&S has an Immediate full-time position available for experienced equipment operators to work on local jobs near the Merrimack Valley area. A minimum of 5 years’ experience required. Must be safe, familiar with and comfortable with working on commercial jobsites, with performing all aspects of excavation and/or working with pipe crews.

Specific openings are for the following equipment:
-Excavator
-M318D Wheeled Excavator
-Dozer
-Loader
-Articulated Rock Truck

Please note a Hoisting license is required for excavator and loader.

Frank DeLucia & Son, Inc. has an immediate full-time position available for an experienced site & utility laborer on building sites & development projects in the Merrimack Valley area.

This position requires a minimum of three years experience, with sewer, drain & water pipe line installations on private, public or commercial projects. Daily tasks will include general site and utility work with challenging but safe conditions and tight schedules.

An OSHA-10 Certification & a standard drivers' license are required. We maintain a team approach workplace and strive to provide the 'tools' needed to get the job done.
