These are some photos from a concrete garage foundation job in Rowley, MA. To start the job, we had to cut in a new driveway and did some stump removal. We then built a 36" dry-stack retaining wall and leveled the ground for a 30'x44' monolithic concrete pad with an additional 20'x30' 4-inch thick apron on the front.

The newly-cleared area between the retaining wall and garage foundation gave an extra 15 feet of space for additional parking and storage. After the pad was poured, we came back to back-fill around it and spread loam with a coating of grass seed.

This job over in Kingston was leveling some ground, and moving some boulders and stumps to extend a horse paddock. We cut out a hill and leveled an area out to give Neely some more room to roam. Some of those stumps were monsters! Check out the photos!
