Trident Solutions has acquired Uticom Systems.
Uticom has spent more than 30 years helping utilities build and maintain hazard-alerting and utility graphics standards, serving electric generation, transmission, distribution, telecom, security and nuclear power markets from their facility in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Their Compliance Monitoring Program helps customers assess, design and maintain compliant identification systems across their entire footprint.
That work pairs naturally with what we already do in safety identification, marking and damage prevention. It also adds capabilities we didn't have: compliance monitoring, product engineering and graphics standardization.
For Uticom customers and rep partners, nothing changes day to day. Same team, same operations, same people answering the phone. Paul Keeler stays closely involved through the transition.
Uticom becomes the sixth company in the Trident family, joining Presco, Pro-Line Safety Products, William Frick & Company, Rhino Marking & Protection Systems and LEM Products.
