Today we are installing the first Navien NHW-199AE here at Tank Yanker Plumbing. This unit is the advance model of the current NPN-199E. This new model comes with the comfort flow feature allowing us to deliver hot water faster for our customers without having to use a condensing unit outside.
Both homeowner and I are excited to put this unit together and enjoy Navien’s great line of products.

Check out this gas leak that was caused by a foundation repair. The garage was lifted about 3-5 inches causing this ni**le to finally snap under stress. It even knocked some of the brick were the gas entered the house. The lesson here is always be aware of your plumbing when making other repairs to your home.
