Some people see a construction company. We see family.
The two young men in this photo aren’t just part of Sonova — they’re part of our story. On the left is LJ, who came to me as a freshman wrestler and is now, at 21, the head of our landscaping company. On the right is Killian, another one of my former wrestlers, whose mom Katy leads our Administration and Customer Success team. Before joining us, Katy and I spent years serving in the school system together — and now she’s helping our customers feel taken care of the same way she looked after students.
That’s what Sonova is. It’s coaches and athletes, parents and kids, people who showed up for each other long before there was a job site. When you hire us, you’re not hiring a crew of strangers. You’re trusting a family that’s been building bonds for years.
To everyone who has chosen us: thank you. You’ve let us do more than remodel homes and shape landscapes. You’ve given us the chance to pour into the people we love and build something that lasts.
Because at the end of the day, construction is just our tool. What we’re really building is a better world — one home, one family, one relationship at a time.
