We installed new fully custom cabinets, granite counter tops, tile work and shower enclosure, all tied in to the new granite tile hallway. Faucets and shower trim were all updated as well, to make this water damage restoration look as if it had always been this way.

This little guy was not the easiest to build, or take pictures of. What you see here is a 3ed floor, attic conversion, full bath remodel. Another historic home in Hyde park, where the 90's had overstayed their welcome. The closed in cave of a shower was torn wide open, custom shower pan, niche, curb and glass tile on the impossibly difficult ceiling and walls. The quartz shower sill and shelves were provided by Florence Marble and Granite, and they fit absolutely perfectly. This project didnt stop at the shower, the bathroom floor was completely done over, with a slightly different mosaic, new base and shoe moulding, and a custom made solid wood bifold door.

This powder bath, in a 1924 Historic home in Hyde Park, went from 1980's clearance section, straight back in time to its glory days. Mosaic floor tile, authentic bead board and period correct tile accent, with a custom made moulding to cap the tile and bring the window sill into the fold. Custom marble top and backsplash from Florence Marble and Granite. Yet another project, that required absolutely nothing when I left. Done and done.

Another beautiful flooring job! The 6"x24" plank wood look tile, really opens this room up. The largest obstacle to completing this project? The concrete slab was 1 1/2" out of level, within a 6 foot distance! The floor was leveled with Mapei surface leveler in multiple pours, and I also isolated a crack that ran from one side of the room to the other. With all the hard work done, I installed new base and shoe mouldings, then painted it with a high gloss enamel.

This custom built outdoor kitchen, was designed and built to appear as if it was always there. We poured a slab to elevate the kitchen, framed it out of cypress and fireproofed the entire skeleton. Plumbing, electrical, lighting and gas was all ran to make it a completely functional and safe backyard kitchen. The interior of the cabinets boasts cedar plank backs and a 1/2" cement board bottom, with access panel for the plumbing. We topped off this project with 1 1/4" granite from Florence Marble and Granite.

We brought this guest bathroom into the 21st century with beautiful 12x24 marble tile on the walls, including the entire wall behind the Vanity. The back shower wall and shower floor contrast the larger tiles with mosaics of the same color marble. We moved the plumbing to accommodate the wall mount sink faucet, and the solid wood vanity is topped with a custom natural quartz counter and built in sink, thanks to Florence Marble and Granite. The shower sill matches the counter, and the window glass was updated as well.

A recently completed example of fully custom cabinets and a total kitchen remodel. We removed the drop ceiling, added upper and lower cabinets along with countertop space, a new island with a custom wood top, and marble countertops with a full tile backsplash. It turned out, picture perfect.
