We’re looking for skilled and motivated welders/fabricators to join our team.

Ideal candidates will be able to:
•Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding methods.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials for assembly and welding.
• Operate hand and power tools, welders, and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work for quality, alignment, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Support team efforts by collaborating with other welders, fitters, and supervisors on assigned projects.

Compensation ranges from $18-$36 per hour depending on experience. Must be able to pass pre-employment welding test.

This was our biggest piece of equipment repair to date and we loved the challenge. The pictures really don’t do justice to how big this ejector scraper is in real life. I could park my Expedition Max inside of it where the dirt collects when it’s in use. We arc gouged out the old scraper ejector assembly, fit and welded a new one in place, and prepped and painted it. Get with us for your equipment repairs big or small, we can do them all!

Check out our adjustable skid in action on one of the plastic machines in the strawberry field yesterday. It’s the equipment on the ground in the middle of the beds between the two gentleman running the plastic. Those beds are extra tight and ready to for strawberry plants to be transplanted in a couple weeks 🍓

In order to feed the world’s growing population with less inputs than ever before farmers have to adapt and innovate anything they think can be improved. That’s where we come in! Our local farmers are currently kicking off our strawberry season in the winter strawberry capital of the world by bedding up rows and covering them in plastic. These rows will stay in the fields until May 2023 with millions of berry plants, so the tighter they can pull the plastic the better! We fabricated these adjustable skids that follow the plow attached to the bedding machine to help pull the plastic tighter and aid in tucking it under the dirt. The bottom of the skid features a wear resistant plastic polymer to add extra toughness and last for several seasons to come.
