Plant City, we just want to say thank you. ❤️
For the past six months, our office at Alan’s Air Conditioning has been undergoing mold remediation. It hasn’t been easy operating without a normal office setup, and our team has been doing everything we can to keep serving customers while working remotely.
The good news is we are finally getting close.
If everything continues moving in the right direction, we are hoping to be back in our office within the next week or two, with a goal of being fully operational again by the end of the month.
Until then, we just ask for a little extra patience.
Because we’re working with limited resources right now and are not really set up to be a remote team, there may be times when calls go to voicemail. If that happens, please know we are still here — and if you don’t hear back right away, please call again.
This season has reminded us how special this community really is. The encouragement, referrals, and support we’ve received from Plant City families and businesses has meant more than we can put into words.
We are incredibly grateful to serve this community.
