Briggs Cooling is currently hiring a dependable and motivated HVAC Helper for full-time employment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the HVAC industry and gain hands-on experience with residential and commercial systems.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Support troubleshooting and basic HVAC tasks

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements

Valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

HVAC experience is a plus, but not required

Reliable transportation and punctuality
