Another roof completed the right way! 👍🏼

During our inspection before starting this full roof replacement, we noticed the chimney measured 50 inches wide. Any chimney wider than 30 inches should have a properly installed cricket to divert water around the structure and prevent excessive water buildup.

Without a cricket, rainwater can rush directly against the uphill side of the chimney, increasing the risk of leaks, moisture intrusion, and long-term damage to the brick and surrounding roofing materials, as seen in the photos ⬇️

As part of this project, we installed a custom-built cricket during the reroof process to properly channel water away from the chimney and protect the home for years to come.

We built and installed this custom front door awning to give this home a clean modern look while adding protection from the weather. The black metal finish paired with the natural wood post completely transformed the entryway and added some serious curb appeal.

Everything was custom fabricated and installed to fit the home perfectly — built to last and made to stand out!

Today we pulled a leaking window from a stucco dormer! We were able to keep the window intact which we helps us to rebuild this custom sized window perfectly🙌🏻
We left this dormer with a sheet of plywood that we cut to size. In order to keep weather out, we then sealed that sheet with ice&water shield and master seal NP1 sealant!

Next steps will be to install a new custom made window and have it properly stuccoed over to keep weather out for good👍🏼

These engineered treated wood trusses are rated up to 150 mph winds, which is key for our South Louisiana locations.
Along with 26 gauge metal panels that can withstand a beating from falling debris and even hail!

This 26’ x 30’ shop was completed from the ground up, including full site prep and a 4” slab poured with 3500 PSI concrete.
