Commercial Concrete Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing leader in commercial and industrial concrete repair and maintenance. We specialize in all areas of concrete and asphalt repairs, serving property managers, general contractors, and facility owners across Missouri and surrounding regions.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to lead growth in the Missouri territory, covering from just south of Kansas City to Springfield.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and developing strong local relationships with property managers, facility owners, municipalities, and contractors. This is an outside sales position with a company-provided vehicle and full support from our estimating, operations, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilites
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, general contractors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct on-site assessments and take project photos for estimating (using company-issued iPad).
- Prepare and present project estimates using CCS sales software and pricing tools.
- Follow up on bids, close sales, and ensure smooth project handoff to operations.
- Attend networking events and represent CCS at local associations (BOMA, IFMA, Chamber, etc.).
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, proposals, and customer communication.
- Meet monthly sales and gross profit goals.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction, facilities, service-based industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using technology for estimating, CRM, and reporting (training provided).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Concrete or construction knowledge a plus, but not required -- full training provided.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Monthly bonus based on gross profit performance

We are seeking a Concrete Repair Technician with concrete experience to join our growing field crew. This position involves hands-on work repair and restoring concrete and asphalt surfaces using professional-grade tools and materials. You'll work outdoors, travel to different job sites, and be part of a skilled team that takes pride in delivering top-quality results. At CCS, we provide consistent, year-round work -- even through the winter months -- so you can count on steady employment and reliable income.

Responsibilities
- Perform concrete and asphalt repair, crack filling, patching, and surface restoration.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and operation of grinders, saws, and other tools.
- Mix and apply materials (epoxies, mortars, sealers, and patching compounds) according to specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition.
- Represent CCS professionally on every job site.

Requirements
- Concrete experience required (joint repair, patching, grinding, or finishing experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for projects (per diem provided)
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
- Asphalt or general construction experience a plus.

At the heart of Commercial Concrete Solutions we pride ourselves in not only fixing concrete but understanding our customers business and their needs to remain operational. For many businesses downtime due to traditional tear out and replace simply isn’t an option.

On this project our team began demo of an automatic car wash lane at 8:00 PM and was open for traffic at 7:00 AM the following morning. Ensuring that our customer continued with business as usual.
