We are always glad to help out at the annual Feed the Farmer event around the Brookings area. Farmers work hard all year to help keep America fed, so we enjoy getting to return the favor, even if it's just for an afternoon!

Recently, our BUILD team headed to Rapid City for a few days of mentorship, leadership development, and team building.
From tackling the South Dakota National Guard’s Leader Reaction Course to attending the Mount Rushmore lighting ceremony, the group had plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and reflect.

Back in the classroom, teammates from across Summit shared how their roles and departments are connected to the bigger picture. The group also had conversations around bettering their communication skills, facing the brutal facts, and keeping our teams engaged.

Proud of this group for investing in each other and in the future of Summit. 🤝
