Edit: 3 years after my first review I wanted to update because If I could give A & Comfort Pros 10 stars I would! They are the only HVAC company we will ever use and everyone we have referred to them feels the exact same! They are very responsive, very professional and very transparent with what they are doing and why. They would never charge for services that aren't needed and are extremely considerate and kind. Happily, as they have grown, they have hired people who rise to their standards and represent this small business with pride and respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

Our central air unit decided to break on the hottest week of the summer so far, broken beyond repair. They were able to put in a new part that would keep the house cool for the night and they ordered and received the new unit in time to install it the very next morning. They even rearranged the schedule a bit to make us a priority. They were very prompt at getting all the documentation and photos required by our insurance company. They protected our flooring and cleaned up after themselves well beyond expectations. I would highly recommend A&E Comfort Pros. Definitely feel like they went above and beyond.
