As Safety Week draws to a close, Ezarc is proud to spotlight Rigoberto Ayala! His dedication to prioritizing safety in every task makes him a true asset to our team and a role model for us all. Rigoberto is an Ironworker and has been working for Ezarc for 2 years. He is currently working out at the TSMC project in Phoenix, AZ

Safety Week serves as a vital reminder of the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. While we dedicate a specific week to reinforcing these principles, the commitment to safety should be a constant presence. And for Rigoberto, it is.

The BMS project we are doing for Gilbane has been going very well with safety.

The team is led by Adam Area the GF on site with Lenny Benally as the foreman.

Lenny was recognized by Gilbane for being an outstanding safe member of the team and was rewarded with a letter from Gilbane letting him know how well he does and leads by example. Lenny is always there to help others and makes sure that before any work is started everyone is safe and notifies all of any changes immediately.

Our crew at is very savvy and safety conscious because we speak frequently on how the upside of an accident / incident free culture pays dividends, both in EZARC's reputation and our overall morale.

Our crew has been building a presence here at the Texas Instruments facility in Lehi, Utah for nearly a year now. We now have a crew of 9 tradesmen and are looking to expand the company here with our in-house semi-conductor construction tasks and the new LFAB2 expansion scheduled to begin May 25th of this year.
