Today the T.W. Roy team headed out to Adopt A Class Skilled Trades Day. Educating our Cincinnati area youth about what we do in a hands on environment was awesome! Students had the opportunity to see what it was like to sit in the operator's seat of a Motor Grader and learned about how GPS technology is integral to our industry!

We would like to congratulate our HR/Safety Manager, Rachel, on successfully completing all of the requirements to become an authorized OSHA outreach trainer for the construction industry!

Our favorite safety person, Rachel, had an issue finding the reservoir for this today. Fortunately, our amazing mechanic staff was on lunch and was quick to put their sandwiches down to help. Our core values have 5 focus points, one of them is "One Team, One Goal." We always want to recognize folks who go above and beyond their job duties to support the team!

Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam or have a current DOT Medical Certificate. Excellent attendance, attention to detail, and understanding of basic mechanics is a must.
