ECM USA ECM USA vacuum furnace systems manufacturer for the automotive, aerospace, nuclear, energy, medical, Our field service can provide "as needed" solutions.

ECM Technologies started manufacturing heat-treatment furnaces in 1928. Since that time, ECM personnel have always been completely committed to extending their knowledge in the field of temperature control, high pressures, vacuum and the behavior of materials. This expertise, on an industrial scale, has always been enriched by our close partnership with furnace users, engineers, heat treat enginee

rs and developers. Today, our knowledge base is at the core of all our customers' production lines. It is this concern for caring and listening, combined with our passion for our profession, which has forged ECM Technology and ECM USA’s recognized spirit of innovation. Our range of products can be divided into two families:

A) Furnaces under vacuum and gas pressure: ECM Technology manufactures a complete customized range of fully automatic vacuum furnaces with unique engineering designs. Configuration of our furnaces can be horizontal, vertical, bottom loading, or bell type, temperature range from 200°C to 3000°C with primary or high vacuum, at pressure as high as 100 bars. This line of products includes the crystal growing machine (GaAs) for electronic and the polycrystalline silicon for solar cells. B) The low pressure carburizing installations ICBP and the INFRACARB® process: ECM Technologies and ECM USA are the world leaders in this field. This equipment has over 200 installations using over 1000 cells of manufacturing capability and today accounts for our largest installed base of vacuum furnaces. Today we offer new features to our equipment which include front and back doors to our cells and a new larger capacity cell called JUMBO. In addition, our high pressure gas quenching cell has been updated and allows for optional features on any of our systems. We provide technical benefits that are more effective, reproducible and are efficient heat treatments that comply with the applicable standards. Economic benefits can be due to shorter cycles, and the integration of the heat treatment into the part flow or manufacturing cell. An engineering design office using CAD and a welding shop for vacuum and pressure vessels along with wiring, piping, heat insulating, experienced manufacturing, test platforms and a metallurgy laboratory are just some of ECM USA's in-house technical resources. These industrial choices guarantee our autonomy and the peerless quality of the systems we sell. ECM Technologies’ and ECM USA’s expertise is available for every customer, wherever they are, to ensure they get the best from their systems. Remote assistance has been set up to accelerate and facilitate service on most systems. On our teams, everyone contributes to the quality of the furnaces you buy. From the first draft specifications to production, each step is hallmarked by quality. Individual expertise and collective effort drive our success.
