Cardinal Construction Group is growing — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to step into an exciting role with us!

We’re not a corporate environment.
We’re building custom homes, additions, and full renovations — and we need someone who can take projects and run with them.

This is a field-driven position. You’ll be:
• Running job sites
• Coordinating subs and schedules
• Solving problems daily
• Keeping projects moving and on track
• Making sure the final product is something you’re proud of

You’re not just filling a seat — you’re stepping into a key role as we scale. The right person will have a big impact on projects as the company grows.

• Has solid residential construction experience (PM or similar)
