Customer called for heat—ended up saving their well system too.

This tank was completely waterlogged from a ruptured bladder, causing the well pump to short cycle every 5 seconds. That kind of wear can burn out a pump fast.

Caught it during a routine heating service and got it taken care of before it turned into a much bigger (and more expensive) problem.

👉 If your pump is cycling frequently, don’t ignore it—get your well tank checked!

A customer called late in the evening on Monday and stated he had water in his basement that was coming from the water heater. This was due to sediment sitting in the bottom of the tank. This sediment eventually rotted the tank from the inside out. We promptly installed a new water heater for this customer the very next morning.
