We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general shop duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Package and prepare orders for shipment
Palletize outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
Load and unload semi-trucks safely
Assist with inventory handling and other day-to-day shop operations

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate in a physical work environment
Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
