Perma Dry Michigan is looking for a dependable, hardworking Basement Waterproofing Crew Member to join our installation team.
This is a hands-on position working on basement waterproofing systems, sump pump systems, crawl space solutions, exterior drainage, foundation crack repair, rod hole repair, and related foundation repair projects.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has construction, concrete, waterproofing, or labor experience preferred
• Is reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Can handle physical labor including digging, lifting, jackhammering, and working in basements/crawl spaces
• Works well with a team
• Takes pride in quality work and a clean job site
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Company Vehicles provided during working hours)
Crew members assist with drain tile installation, sump basins, sump pumps, v***r barriers, crack and rod hole repairs, exterior drainage, jobsite preparation and cleanup, and before, during, and after job photos for basement, crawlspace, and exterior repair projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to learn the waterproofing trade, and is looking to grow with a local company.
